Since 2001, it became the first third-party logistics company in Taiwan to introduce an automated storage system (AS/RS), creating 14,350 pallet storage positions, allowing CTW to lay the DNA of continuous innovation and application of new technologies. In recent years, the Industry 4.0 collaborative arm has been introduced to assist in packaging the canned products of solder mask ink. The weight of cans range from one to four kilograms. Operators no longer need to bend over to take and place the box, handing over labor-intensive and repetitive tasks to smart robots.Operators and robots cooperate on the production line at the same time, and this enable to invest valuable talents in more valuable tasks.
With successful automation introduction experience, CTW more actively introduce unmanned lifts to perform pallet handling operations in chemical warehouses, which will better meet the flexible needs and usage of existing storage space, and by this hopes to build a new generation of automated warehouses.
In addition to the improvement of CTW's own warehouses, we also plan and design automation solutions from production lines to logistics for customers' factories and warehouses, by utlizing CTW’s years of logistics experience and practical experience in introducing automation operation in recent years to provide clients with practical and feasible solution that is safe and maintains quality and competitiveness.
